Are you actually using this for a supercharged blow-through carb application or are you building a carbed ram air system? If you are building a carbed ram air system, a '90 through '92 Cadillac TBI hat works great....and can be picked up cheap at a junk yard.

The big one is some sort of flapper that closes at boost and the other one is for the stud to hold it to the carb
