91 Camaro engine wiring harness

I recently bought a 91 camaro rs and whoever had it before me ripped the engine out and had cut the wiring harness in half, they left the 5 speed in it. I have the light half of the harness intact but i need the engine half, and i plan to go carbed 383 so a full harness will work but if you have one tore down for a carbed motor that would be great too. thanks alot.

Re: 91 Camaro engine wiring harness

Sounds perfect if it will work in my 91!, I started a post about if i could use a earlier one but someone told me the plugs are different, so would i have to splice the 91 plug onto that harness or is it plug and play? I never really got a direct answer in my post about it, two guys mostly just argued back and forth on a completely different topic. And if i can make that harness work how much for it shipped to Nowthen, Mn 55303?. thanks alot.

Re: 91 Camaro engine wiring harness

I was recently told that i cannot use a 87 wiring harness in my 91. The pins for the C100 are different. Otherwise i would definately buy yours ted. Sorry.

Re: 91 Camaro engine wiring harness

You still need the engine side of the harness if you go carbed, for the Alt, starter, ect. Just dont need the computer if you have a HEI Dizzy.
