Hi guys. I am looking for a good posi unit for a 10 bolt rear end. I would consider buying a complete rear with 3:23 or higher gears, but most guys aren't willing to ship such a large part.
Please let me know. I hate open diff.
Thank you all.

If the LS is for your 86, the axles are 26-spline. You might consider upgrading to an Eaton and 28-spline axles--should money not be a concern (but when isn't it?).

Forgot to add that to about the torsen, it requires 28 spline axles, and the 2 series carrier is for 3:23 and lower gears unless you get a gear spacer(not recomended) or get a brand new thicker gear from an aftermarket source.

Thanks James, it sounded right in my head but didn't come out right. Little sleep deprived, newborn in the house.
Congrats. Sleep deprived or not, savor these years because they're wonderful and because time flies. My baby is 31 with two little ones and her older brother is 34 with another two. The grandkids are a hoot--and I get to send them home when I'm worn out !
