Advanced Auto Engine. Any Good?

I finally got my new intake and carb put on then 2 days later I spun 3 bearings in my car. I went to Advanced Auto Parts to get a new one. I was wondering if anyone else has ever tried one of the engines. They come from Recon Engines.

Recon

I have a Recon performance engine with a 3 year / 36,000 guarantee. One guy built it, and I kept in touch with the mechanic as it was being built. They are a lot more expensive, but worth it because mine was built right.
I've heard good and bad about every rebuilt from every company.
I do like the performance line, (and I got mine on sale, or else I would have gone with a crate motor instead...)
The details are in my Sig...
As for the regular OEM replacement engines, they do have a 12/12,000 and I can say that Recon is a good company all in all.
I had a good experience, and they went the extra mile for me.

Very cool people.
I'm sure there are those that have had bad experiences with them too. But as I said, that goes with the territory with rebuilt motors. Sometimes you get a bad one.
