David Vizard Cam Selection Program

http://www.davidvizard.com/camshaft.html

Has anyone used this program?

Want to know what experiences people have had before and after or just with results of the CamMaster program

Well I glanced over it and it seem pointless. It takes all of the research that everyone should do when modding thier car. Their geuss is no better than yours, even if they do know whats on your car.

Vizard's cam selection process is software-based mathematics, not guesswork. It yields bizzarre lift/duration/lsa profiles, but they make much more than 1hp/cubic-inch.

You taking shots at Vizard is like when neighbor's little poodle barks at my chow...kind of a credibility problem.

If you disagree, write a book that refutes what he's published...with real data.

Well I re-read it and I do not see his proof. Sure it is a good story and it may be true but I do not see any proof there. I am sure the software works very well and can dial in a good cam. I would have to see the software first hand and see how he implements gas dymanics into it though. I just need more proof I geuss. Any good engineer will provide at least some hard data or information that shows you what will be done to get a desired output. He doesn't go into any of that and that should be his main focus. If the software is so good, at least talk about it.
