Did the lifters make noise before you stored it??

If they didn't, I'd try some motor flush, and change the oil. Sometimes valve springs will try to retain some "memory" if they've sat compressed for a long period of time. But that's kinda rare with hydralic lifters...

If I replace the lifters, is that all I should replace? Am I looking for Hydrolic lifters? Is there a specific kind I should get? Thanks

check that your motor oil level is right then warm it up and take it out on the highway for for a 65mph blast until they pump up.

Change the oil and filter... see what happens. You'd be surprised the problems that a simple oil change will fix.
