So I have removed my stock engine and am going to be putting in a new engine and aftermarket ECM, I am going to be keeping the heater/ac but and the battery is going to be replaced in the rear, what else can I remove and take out to clear out the engine bay? Does anyone know if a 4th gen windshield washer bottle will fit in a 3rd gen? has anyone done it? it would be sweet if I knew of a bottle that I could put inside the fender out of sight.. I want more room and for it to look clean! Any one have pics?

As far as wiring goes, there are many ways to clean up the engine compartment. As long as you clean the area and keep things away from heat, it should look pretty good.
You can get a combo washer solution/coolant overflow bottle from a mid 90's Ford (Explorer) and put that where the charcoal cannister used to be. That cleans up the fenderwells and does wonders. I just sold mine when I redid the entire bay for my new motor.
This might bea bit much but you can also cut and lengthen wires to hide them. Do it how you want it while the motor is out!
I've heard alot of people doing this with all the relay's and fuses and re mounting them behind the dash.. It might be possible.. Your engine bay is super clean.. What all did you do...???--- CamarosRUS---???
I'm in the process of cleaning up the wiring on top of my intake manifold,it's been driving me crazy as an eyesore forever, so last night I decided to get started.

I did as much as I thought I could do, time was not an issue luckily. Smoothed the fenderwells, filled in every hole in the framerails, cut out the old battery trays and installed new ones, made cover plates for the sides next to the battery trays, smoothed the strut towers, cut and lengthened or shortened just about every wire on my harness and of course painted the bay.
Many of my wires are ran behind the fenders and whereever else was needed to make them invisible.
