Easiest Engine Swap?

I've currently got a 5.7l 350 with TPI that came stock in the car, but it's on it's last leg these days. I plan on just running it till she blows and putting in a completely new engine.

What is going to be the easiest most reliable swap for a shop to do? I'm looking for reliability and somewhere around 300+ horsepower, nothing too crazy.

The easiest thing is to rebuild what you've got, preferrably before you've done irreparable damage to it.
