305 TBI to 350 Carburated

I have a 91' RS.Came with a 305 TBI, had 94,000 miles on it.Just purchased a 350/325 HP carburated engine.Since I decided to go with carbed, I will have no use for the TCM. Can anyone tell me how hard or easy this swap out will be? And if anyone has any easy ideas on how to make this simple and easy let me know!!!!

TCM? Do you mean ECM? (the computer)

There is a tech article linked from the thirdgen.org homepage about the conversion from EFI to carb.
