Vortech 7.4 swap

Has anyone tried this engine in a 3rd gen? It seems like the only information I could find for a reason everyone uses a carb. or aftermarket fuel injection is because of pulley clearance issues.

You'll need an aftermarket hood, but otherwise it's alot like any other 454 install.

I could swear i read somewhere that there was a clearance issue with the pulleys on one of the bigblocks?

enongram had some interference with the power steering pulley and the steering box. he had the 502 ramjet. you just have to choose different brackets
