siezed 355

Hey yall, gotta ziezed 355 in my trans am. *pissed off* now heres the question Ive pulled a seized 350 out of it before, my fault for buying a junyard 350 and expecting it to last more than 3 days . anyway last time I pulled the engine with the converter still bolted to the flexplate I really dont want to do that this time any ideas? asnd if I do have to any ideas on how to make it easier?
