Well, the swap is a direct bolt up deal. Both the small block 305 and the small block 350 are bolt for bolt exactly the same. While the engine's out, I'd go for a new set of headers, as they're much easier to change with the engine out. Other than that, just unbolt your old engine, take off the necessary accessories, etc. and bolt the new engine and old accessories back in, very straightforward. Depending on how much power you're looking for with the new engine, you may want to fortify the rest of your drivetrain, but if it's just a mild 350 you should be fine. The rest of the upgrades can be done just as easily with the new engine in the car for the most part.
