I don't think you will find one under 3k anymore about 3300-3400 is what you should expect. If you get mail order you can save on the cost of sales tax but then you pay shipping so it is about the same. I think the best thing to find a local chevy dealer that sells GMPP stuff and get it there so that you have some close to you if you ever have a problem. Also check with each place you look at about warranty. There is not one stated warranty from GMPP it up to the seller to set it, one year is standard but some have none and I have seen some all the way to 3 years.
