Hi ZZ42FAST.

Sorry for being away for some time. I've been pre-occuppied with family matters lately but glad to report that everyone is fine now.

Had a burst radiator lately on the T/A which came totally out of the blue so ended up getting it recored...an unwanted expense but s=*t happens I guess.

What about you ?

Sorry to hear about family matters, always depressing

Was it cheaper to get your rad recored than to get a reconditioned one?

I'm good, life still far too hectic, kids driving me mad and my daughter is still scared of the IROC lol (makes too much noise)

Getting the cam put in in June and at the moment changing the pads and rotors pre-MOT.

New job (2 months ago) and house move in 2 weeks time!!

Take it easy,
Felix

Thanks ZZ42FAST. Wow , plenty going on & a stressful time by the sound of it.

In the end it was cheaper to get the radiator re-cored. Came in at £170.00 including coolant (those nice guys at the local radiator shop threw it in as the radiator was a day late in being ready).

Took 3 days to get done compared to prices being quoted from £200 upwards from the usual UK suppliers & most said it would be a special order from the States taking anywhere between 1 - 2 weeks.

Happy now though ! Good luck with your new job & house move.
