Hi all,

So what are the Stock perfrmance figures for my car ??, i have looked all over the net and not come up with anything.

1987 Z28 IROC-Z, 5.0 V8 Auto.

0-60
Quarter mile
etc.......

Also how many miles to a tank do you guys get ???
I filled mine up with £31 of fuel from Empty and it did 165 miles. Almost all urban, no motorway driving.

EDIT:
PS: Just found a website that does Litres to UK Gallons Conversion. So i calculated that i am doing 19.4 MPG on a Urban drive with the ocassional heavy foot having a play. Sound about right ??

doesn't sound bad... I seem to recall getting nearly 30 on a run from your car so one hell of a lot better than the 20mpg on a run from mine!!!

Yes coming back from eastbourne to Reading, it did do 28-30mpg which was really good !!!. That was at a constant 80mph.

Hi Paul,

Roughly 0-60 in about 7secs and the 1/4 mile in about 15 secs at a guess. Depends on cam/ set-up etc.. They always feel slightly quicker than the are thanks to the hefty torque figures. I know when I saw figures for my 5.0 LG4 I couldn't believe them- it is BMW 328i and Saab 900 Turbo type territory
