Check differences in engine mounts and exhaust mounts, also you'll probably need a different tacho.

There is a post in the engine swap section of the forum that is a good place to start,

Engine swap post

After you've read that and still want to go ahead with the swap then I'd suggest you find someone / somewhere who has already done this to get some help.

1992 Camaro Engine swap

I have a 1992 Camaro that has a 3.1 V6 engine with a 5 speed manual transmission. If I change the engine to a V8, can I just change the bell housing and use my 5 speed transmission.

Thanks

I Know you thats all you have to do with a automatic to go to a V8 so i would think its the same on a manual, a transmission shop will probably change a case for you.

I've changed many engines over the years, and it can be quite a lot of work, make sure your up to it, [or your friend are ] , if you were in the US, parts would be considerably easier to get hold of.
If you had a donor car of course, it would be much easier.

Donor car is the way to go, or else you go to a junk yard and take everything you need off a V8 car in one visit. Call me lazy, but I couldn't be arsed doing a job like this any other way over here.
