Hello Everyone ;

Although this is a Car Audio group question I think this group is more suitable.

I want to buy a 1.5din Head Unit for my car. Since The American head units can't receive single numbered radio stations (or was it the other way around?) anyone know a European system compatible nice hi-quality 1.5din head unit that can receive all the stations?

Can't say I've ever seen any 1.5 din head units. If you could find one, I'll bet it will be expensive.

I'd suggest getting a fascia adaptor to bring it down to a standard single din sized opening, or even make your own. Then you can choose whatever radio you want and not have to pay extra for the exclusivity of a 1.5 din.

I currently have a 1 din Pioneer 7650 installed in my car but it doesn't look as original as a 1.5din head unit.

If you cant find an adaptor most pro car audio companies will be able to fabricate a facia to suit your car try caraudioinnovations.co.uk
