Hi Guys, I have had 3 American cars over the past 15 years which were all bought in the uk, i'm going to Florida in April and would like to get a 3rd gen Convertible and would like any tips of what to look out for, ie car documents and shipping, thanks guys.
Welcome to the board. You will find loads of good guys with great information.
Try getting a copy of "The Genuine Camaro White Book" by Michael Antonick. It gives production numbers, correct RPO codes and tells what options and combinations came in what cars. Will also show production numbers for options. It is almost pocket size and gives this info for ALL year Camaors. A good reference to make sure a car is supposed to be what the seller says it is. Also if a guy says "this is a rare option" you can see if it is or not.
If you let me know what years or range of years you are looking at (ie 88-92) PM me with your name and address and I can make some photocopies from the White book and will mail them to you to help in your search...........
