Still hunting for discs, a place near me can get stock replacements for £75 each. Seems alot for one disc, although I guess it does have the hub included.
I know EBC do aftermarket discs, but from the pictures I've seen they don't include the hubs, so how does that work?
Are you sure the picture of the EDC units are not generic pictures of discs? I think that is probably the case. Last time I bought stock replacements they were about £40 each from Ultimate Spares of America.

Thanx for that RMK, you are correct they were stock pictures but just to make sure they asked me if mine were J65 or 1LE...how do I find this out? Seems like I can get some EBC grooved discs cheaper than what the other place is asking for the stock replacements!
They are probably J65, the stock 10.5" rotors. The 1LE were the 12" performance brakes and are not too common. Check the sticker in the centre console to see which code is listed. 1LE came with 2 piston aluminium calipers while the crappy 10.5" came with 1 piston iron. How much are the EBC units and are they slotted or drilled? It's the diameter of the disc that is the issue with these brakes followed by the calipers.

If you end up going for the EBC discs let us know what you think of them. I'd be inclined to go for stock replacements and save for a brake upgrade kit.
I went with standard rotors from Ultimate Spares of America thanx to your recommendation, seems i've not modified the engine yet I didn't really think it'd be worth paying the extra for the EBC ones, the stock ones stop well enough for me.
I might go for the EBC ones next time if I've done any performance modifications, but with USA's prices you can't go wrong! got some new pads at the same time.
Just need to find some oil seals now! I think the existing bearings will be fine.
I would be inclined to just save up for a brake upgrade. The 10.5" discs are serriously crap. Performance 10.5" discs will be slightly better crap in my opinion.
