Is this a single cat or dual cat? You purchase the headers, the y-pipe, and the install kit as separate units. Check the GP board for the deal on them.

Thanks Kevin. I am purchasing the intall kit and the headers. I am going to have dual exhaust, but for lack of money to get dual exhaust installed right now, I was thinking of using a y pipe to run the headers to the stock exhaust (one pipe; cat removed) in the meantime. Would something like that be possible using the stock pipe which runs from the exhaust manifold to the cat (where it used to be)? what's the gp board?

The GP board is the Group Purchase Board.

You can use your stock y-pipe, but it wont bolt-up to the headers, it will need to be modified.

yah SLP 30005 comes with the y-pipe. you dont have to buy anything seperate except for the installation kit, which i would recommend. i couldnt find the right y-pipe (donut style) gaskets around here, so i ended up ordering them from SLP.
