Best flowing 3" cat

Which 3" cat, w/o AIR, will make the most power on a modded TPI motor? It will be sandwiched between SLP 1.75" headers and a SLP 2OTL cat back.

Catco are a cheap replacement. Although not the worse quality, i don't think that they are the best. They are stainless which is cool. I hear that Random Technologies have the best cat.. a little pricey though.

Random technology cats are best, but you are going to pay for it. They cost around $200-250, but flow almost equal to a strait pipe.

I have a 3" dynomax and I felt no difference between that and a straight pipe.
