I want to gut my cats, help needed

I have a TPI 350 car. Dual cats that rattle like hell. I have visual inspections, so I have to have them on there.

here is the problem. I can cut them off and gut them no problem.

I cant weld. I dont have access to a welder who will do it (its illegal for a shop to put gutted cats on a car)

Advice?

we got visuals here too.

i have had a gutted cat welded on my car before. after the guy got done welding it on he said i should have gutted it first. i told him i already gutted it, and he said wow i usually see that (but dont care).

another time i had my straight pipe cat welded up on my car, the dude looked through the cat, smirked, and welded it on - no questions asked both times.

its illegal to weld on a gutted/straight-piped cat, but i have never had a guy care (they usually smile). and once its welded up its a done deal - pass visuals with a and enjoy your performance and sound improvment

Will work only on a visual and not a smog check of the tailpipe.
