summit turbo muffler or summit welded muffler?

I am going to get a new muffler for my car and I am not willing to spend a lot. With that said, I was looking at the summit brand mufflers. More specifically the Turbo mufflers and the Welded mufflers. I am asking for your input on which one you think would sound best and maybe even help make the most power.
