Gotta run open headers ???

Well guys, my convter is shot and so is my muffler and yesterday i punched it and totlaly cracked the pipe going from the converter to the muffler. Well it sounds loud as hell ha, but i mean is it hurting the car having half the exhaust goin into the converter and half just leaking out the crack. Also, if i just cut the hole thing off and left my y-pipe after the haeaders on would i have any problems. Is this gonna result in a lot of lossed power(backpressure?) Well this probably sounds dumb but help would be aprreciated guys. :-)

You'll be fine as long as the cops don't bother you.

Yep, and you can scare people with it too. Roll up to somebody at a stoplight and throw a rev... they'll jump up out of their seat, it's hilarious...
