True Duals or Y pipe?

Here is a diagram of my choices,
The true duals on the left, Which I would need Long Tube Headers, and two mufflers, along with the header back kit. I was thinking about some tubular glass packs to assist in the clearance issues. I also wanted to use summits H pipe kit.
the header back kit $140 $40 for the mufflers, $40 for the H pipe kit and whatever for the headers

The one on the right , I would need to buy some shortys, and a ypipe, and the kit is the flowmaster force II.
I need a complete exhaust system, so help me out. This isnt a WHATS THE BEST BRAND thing just want to figure out which would be better the pros and cons! Thanks in advance

i would look into dynomax ultra flo round welded mufflers for the true dual setup. wont be as loud as glasspack, or bullets, but the round ultra is 6inch round so it will clear nicely. plus its a super high flowing design. they are about 60-70 bucks a piece
