Loudest Muffler

I currently have a 2.5 inch catback with a Flowmaster 80 series on my 91 Rs 305 and was wondering what is the loudest muffler i could replace the flowmaster with that will fit right back in its place without changing the setup.

I've heard Bullets are the loudest but i dont want to change my system. I have also looked that Borla and Hooker but i dont know how loud they are compered the the Flowmaster

Gotta tel you that it is really the engine that makes exhaust loud, not so much the system. I had the same setup on my IROC when it was a 350 and it was pretty loud, then when I switched the sytem over to my RS 305 TBI is got almost as quiet as stock. If you are looking for loud then go glass packs, but a muffler sounds better IMO.

yeah, its hard to make a weak motor sound mean and loud. 80 series on proper car with a built motor should sound really nice

other than that, i heard spintech is nice

What do you mean by cutout? Do you mean like gut it out or something?

loudest muffler will be something that is not cross flow. there are no truely loud crosflow mufflers IMO. the flowmaster 80 series is about the loudest of the crossflow mufflers I do belive.

if you want louder go to one muffler just normal in and out. slp loudmouth, glasspack, race bullets, or magnapack is probably as loud as it gets. none of those sound the best IMO though. I really like borla. there normal muffers sound nice and there xr-1's are great. just spendy.

I just ordered a stainless spintech to go in place of my magnafow. I will post some clips in when it gets here. I don't think it will be louder than the flows but who knows. I just wanted stainless exhaust this time. I was worried about he borla being a bit quiet. there kit sounds great but it is not a crossflow. it is single in and out with passenger tip just being stait to the exhaust. It sounds better than the flowmaster IMO but that kit fit like ***.
