98-02 slp ss muffler Good till ??HP#

Hi,

I had an LS1 SLP SS muffler with a dual dual exhaust tips on my current 91 Camaro. I had a custom 3 inch single catback (gutted Dynomax cat) with SLP 1 3/4 shorty headders. I refreshed my engine last summer with the superram, cam, slp dual CAI etc. (shown in my sig) and I am wondering if this exhaust setup will support my new combo???

My local shop told me I would be better with a true dual exhaust or a loudmouth. What experience do you guys have with either of them? How much HP can my current muffler can support.

I cannot give you my actual Dyno# because I was very busy this summer and I am currently beginning the final tuning before I dynoed it. Any dyno chart, HP# and ET would be appreciate for those who are running this muffler or a loudmouth

Thanks in advance, Pat
