SLP to LT1?

I want to get the SLP headers for a 3rd Gen. I plan to run that exhaust on the my future LT1. Will it bolt up? I don't want to have $1000 in the exhaust, and it not fit the LT1.

i hope you are gonna use the 1-3/4 slp headers and get them coated ,you wont have any problems with the conversion to an Lt1 later however you will need to add an extension pipe and flange for the egr tube but if you are going to use the Lt1 harness and pcm you can have the egr tuned out same as the lt4 for 1997..
BTW
you got a sweet lookin car!

I plan to use the LT1 harnes and PCM and the 1 3/4 primaries. I plan on getting at the minimum and LE1 setup, so I figured I would get the best exhaust I can get under the car. What is the difference between the EGR and the AIR/ smog stuff? You can take the AIR off as well as the smog pump can you? From the 305 I mean.
Thanks. I've got her pretty, now I am working on the fast. 16.5s all stock last year at Bristol...
