Hooker cat back system for 350

i read the cat back sticky at the top of the page and have decided to go for the hooker cat back system. seems a nice looking system for a good price.

so i go to order and i see that it only gives the system for a 305 ???? ahhhhhhhhh

so my question is why wont it fit my '87 350 ???

thanks, craig

Actually give them a call to make sure. You have stock manifolds and y pipe? Do you have a dual cat car?

Also, If you've got the cash, go with the 4th gen Magnaflow set up.
Here's a video of it on my car.. (it's about 20mb) https://mywebspace.wisc.edu/gmarsice...PG?uniq=as1hs0

Here's what I'm currently using on my 350/330:

Hooker 2055's (Jeg's 520-2055). Catco high-flow converter (Summit CTO-9118). Hooker catback (Summit HOK-16823HKR).

This is a direct fit system. Good flow, good sound. Recommended.

I called summit on that exact question. One of them has an adapter to go into the catalytic converter, so it got smaller. Since I was getting a 3" high flo cat, I went with the other one. It was just a 3" with no reducing adapter. I forget which exact number was which though. I would call Summit up and ask again, lol.

That's pretty much right. It's always best to call when in doubt. If you call them you are getting the information from the source. Not from some "dude" on TGO. No offense to anyone.
