Long Tube Headers designed for our cars?! - Third Generation F-Body Message Boards

Hey I'm shopping around for headers for my car, it's an 87 trans am with a zz4 crate engine in it. I was going to go with some sort of shorty header like slp etc but I came across these on the Spohn website and wanted to see if anyone knew anything about it.

They are supposedly long tube headers/Y pipe made for our cars. I wanted to know what you guys thought about the headers themselves and the fact that the collector is 2.5 inches. If you guys could give me a hand I'd appreciate it!

yep those are made for thirdgens as well as hooker 2210's. but the 2210's dont have a y pipe from hooker. Mufflex sells the y pipe for 275 that fits hooker 2210's

Dyno Don makes 1 3/4" shorty headers like SLP's. He's posted them on this board and several members who bought them have given him thumbs up. Search this board for pics and send him a PM for info.
