Look at any player's challenge car. (player's challenge.ca) Those were a g.m over the counter part. you can't buy them anymore, but they can be made.

Re: SIDE EXIT EXHAUST

I used to run side exit when my car was still streetable. IMO, they are not the best option available, loud interior noise, and no real way to tuck them up and keep them from gettng beat up on speed bumps.

Re: SIDE EXIT EXHAUST

I did have side exit pipes before the town petitioned my loudness echoing off the buildings and rattlling windows. One best thing if u get those is go to the Gabriels high jackers for the rear shocks. the reason is it gives you more clearance for you're exhaust that will be hanging low. i got like 3 inch to 4 inch clearance when i jacked my rearend up. its air shocks and you can get the whole kit air kit and 2 shocks from autozone for 65 bucks. ask for the gabriel high jackers. not bad pricing and they work wonders. i still have them.

Re: SIDE EXIT EXHAUST

good post. That is exactly what I am going to do. When i bought the car it came with no gfx on the sides so that will give me a little more ground clearance. But as far as a muffler goes not many choices you have to work with. Really wanted something borla.

Re: SIDE EXIT EXHAUST

This is my side exhaust from when I first slapped the car together. One side lost its turnout, but I was going to get rid of it anyway.
