was removing exhaust manifold bolt and SNAP!

as the title states, i was removing the exhaust manifolds from my 305 in prep for headers, get the drivers side off no problem, i get to the passengers side working from the outside in, i get to the last bolt and SNAP, bolt breaks flush with the head, no problem i think, i bust out ye olde drill and drill out the center clean through the bolt (didnt touch the water jacket, my bolts didtn go to the end of the holes) i soak it in PB over night and come back out with ye olde EZ out and i guess it was a little too ye olde becuase i just BARELY began to put pressure on it and SNAP, now ive got a cluster **** on my hands, suggestions?
