Re: Hooker 2210 question

The tightest area is around the heater/ac box. I removed my ac and installed an ac delete. I have plenty of clearance. In fact I can do a full sparkplug change in 30 minutes.

I have a set of headers from a G-body project that I am going to try to use on my camaro, I also have a set of 2210's, but they would be to big for a mostly stock 305, but the G-body headers have a smaller primary, and line up almost exactly with the 2210, except for the number 8 primary, which on the other header goes backand addititonal 1.5-2 inchesdo you guys think they would fit, or would that be too far back?

also, is the slip joint on number 8 nessacary for the header install?
