Jeep Cherokee Cat

Hi guyz. I found a Jeep Cherokee (around 1990's model) catalytic converter. It looks small, like about 10 inches long, 2 1/2 inch in diameter, with the 3rd A.I.R. tube. Will this be sufficient for my 3 inch exaust 1986 IROC-Z. Yes I know that Im restricting the flow but its all I can afford right now and I really need to pass my CA smog. The "honeycomb" looks good. Can it my 3 inch exaust system in the mean time ?

Re: Jeep Cherokee Cat

I always wondered the same thing about the jeep cherokee cat because it is so small. Be cool to find out what it does. Reminds me of the dynatec cat.
