need a cat but what to get?

hi guys i just bought a 88 camaro z28 and i am in need of a cat so i can get it inspected but really know nothing about them i am looking at the magnaflow universal fit ones but i dont know what one i need would this one work for me? if not could someone possibly post one that will i really dont want to spend too much more than they want for this style but if need be i guess its need be

I have the same cat, passed smog good. here it is a few bucks cheaper

so it should work on my 88 then right? but where does this air tube go to the car dosent have a cat in it theres a big gap between the y pipe and the rest of the exhaust so i have no way of telling where everything goes

The air tube should run to the air diverter valve. if you dont have the smog stuff on the car, then just keep it capped off (it comes with a cap)
