Just put a set of Dougs LT's on my 91 Z. The passenger side brake hard line is really close(just about touching) to the header. This line runs along the k-member. What have you guys done with this line?

Somehow you want to safely relocate it as was stated above. You don't want your brake fluid boiling. This is one of the reasons for using a good quality set of shorty headers. You don't have these types of problems for the small gains of horsepower with the long tube headers.

Shorty vs. long tube has nothing to do with how they route at the primaries. I am not sure why you would think that?
My Doug's come pretty close to the brake lines but do not touch them. I am planning a swap to Ford brake fluid since it supposedly has the highest rated boiling point of all the readily available over-the-counter brake fluids available. This should take care of any problems that would come with having the lines that close to the header though.
