Exhaust choice, swap

Currently have stock exhaust except axel back, have a flow master 80's (I think the stock sizing though is 1 1/4 exhaust port to 2.25" ypipe?) An running a 305 TBI

We'll I'm looking to purchase a 350 crate engine tbi (have it tuned) and from the shop they said it was dyno'd [ 310chp / 368ctq ] I'm wondering if i could just swap out the headers & maybe y pipe? or would that still be restrictive? The engine will probably only see 5k or possibly 5.5k rpm max. I'm possibly thinking of keeping the smog pump, so atleast i could pass emissions for now. Year of car is 1989. So the headers will have to have the AIR tubes. (unless i don't need them, i'm still running a new clean cat)

Wondering if anyone could inform me of what i maybe looking towards purchasing. I don't care about looks, it could be ceramic coating with black enamel on it. I don't care for chrome at all.
