HELP Bolt on bottom of smog pump stuck

anybody have this problem and how to get it off.

Mine was stuck too, to the point I accidently stripped out the torx whole. I took I torx socket slightly larger then the original one that should have taken it off and tapped it in where it was tight and I was able to get it off that way. Hope this helps.

i had that problem with the top one, after a long time of f-ing around I realized that a 3/8 impact would wedge in there, I simply put a little pressure on it, and let it have it.
