electrical connections in charcoal canister??

I took the cover off the charcoal canister(think thats what its called)above the passenger side valve cover, and there are two electrical connections in there. Now im taking off all my emmisions equipment cuz i dont need them and i would also like to see my new headers when everythings done, and im just wandering if ill throw any kind of code with the computer?? I know theres about a million posts having to do with emissions and AIR systems etc etc but i just couldnt find the exact answer I was looking for. Im pretty new to the board and ive bin reading absolutely everthing i can about my car but still dont know everything i need to know.

I believe you have discovered your AIR diverter valves. Your EVAP (charcoal canister) is a black plastic cylinder in the front corner opposite side of your battery.

Yes you can take the AIR diverter valves out without throwing any codes.
