Includes rotors, calipers,brake pads, all rubber and steel lines, backing plates, and bolts to install PBR rear discs. Came off of 40k mile 97 SS. $150 shipped in the continental US. Paypal preferred.

I believe there is a tech article on this site about that (with the later 98-up brakes, but the flange mods are the same); the flange on the drum brake rear is shaped differently at the top, and has to be cut down slightly, but IIRC the whole process is pretty simple.
