83 Daytona 500 Trans Am pace car, 1 of 2500 built, will be revived...pics coming soon!
92 Heritage RS Camaro, one of ~8200 in counting, will hopefully be running in time for NYThirdGen 4th of July car cruise on Deer Park Ave, LI.
I do not have either at the moment. I have a berlinetta shifter and a z28 shifter, but neither is the 8-ball looking shifter. I can definally keep an eye open in the junk yards i go to. My appologies for the PM earlier, i thought you were interested in Trans Am fog lights. If you aren't worried about being absolutely original, you should be able to get away with using Trans Am fog lights. Otherwise i will keep an eye out for these parts for sure.

a bit off topic but do you know how to remove the glass from the mirrors? is it glued on or will they pull off? i need to replace the mirrors in my power mirrors so i need to know how to take the glass off.
power mirrors will pull out. Try and pull from the bottom as to not damage the mirror further. Once you get one removed, it will be more clear how they mount, and you can just duplicate how you got them out when you go to put one in. Best suggestion is to go to a junk yard to practice so you don't damage one of your own. But to simplify the answer, they just pop in, and pop out. Your other option is to take them out like a manual mirror and take the three screws that hold the motor in out, and that may give you some extra room to see whats going on back there.

The last time I hit the yard, I picked up a complete 85-90 T/A body kit that I am in the process of using it and had access to a complete 91/92 kit, but tells what parts you want and which style and I can keep my eye open for them along with the nose. I will also keep my eyes open for fenders with extracters for you. Anything else you may need, feel free to PM me a complete list. Thanks for looking.

I answered you in my other thread, but i do have a headlight door from an '86, and i've got a 91/92 lid with the PONTIAC embossment that i can throw on the assembly for $5 more as i was planning on selling it seperately. So $25 plus shipping (need your zip) if your interested. Let me know if you are interested.

Sorry, I thought I had asked you before but I lost the thread. I don't need the lid, mine is fine the bracket in the back is broken. Do you know if the brackets are the same? My zip is 77388, Thanks
I am not absolutely sure. I would have to assume that they are the same as the filler panel for the front end is the same from 82-92 to my knowledge. You should confirm this via someone else to be sure. To my knowledge, it was mearly the lid and bezel that changed in 91. I will have to find a box for it and can try and get the shipping for you tomorrow, as the piece is at my shop. I will speak with you tomorrow. Anything else you may need, feel free to ask, i just picked up some 91/92 switches and i have a 91/92 above the radio switch pod with all three switches, along with a couple automatic shifter panels from 91/92s. I will get you the quote tomorrow. Thanks for looking.
"3 piece Camaro lip spoiler; $25"
what year of camaro is the spoiler off? I need the end pieces for an 83 and I think it has to come off an 86 or earlier
thanks
Hi, Yes the spoiler is from an 86 or earlier camaro and should work fine. One of the end pieces has a tip broken but you should be able to fix it with fiberglass. Let me know.
Thanks,
Jon

hey jon, that blue hatch you have with the spoiler on it, are the mounting holes for that spoiler the same as for a 91/92 aero wing? im looking for a new hatch (rust/rot has begun) to match my maui blue (gm color) one and wanted to switch from my "whale tail" aero spoiler to the flat style aero spoiler on 91/92's.

The hatch would work fine on your car, but the new spoiler would not line up. If you wanted to fill the holes/repaint/ect. that would work. Just so you know, the 3rd brake light is not there. Where are you located? You're welcome to look at it.
Thanks,
Jon

I did have an extra lisence plate bracket, just not sure where it is. I will try to locate it today and get back to you as soon as possible. Just need to make sure i got all three parts and hardware.
Hi, firts of all sorry if I disturb you with my direct mail, but I put this message in the phorum and anyone send me any message or reply it.
Now I change my strategy and i send mails directly at the people have more parts.
In my original quote I wanted this parts, now added this at my order.
-Driver tan carpet.
-Front turn signal.
-Gta emblems or if you have any decal, I want to repaint my car and I need all the decals.
-Gta rear lights for the 92 and with european conversion, the turn signal are yellow, not red like in USA.
Hi, first of all sorry but my english is very bad.
I have a 1992 Pontiac firebird and I'm restoring it step by step.
I have some parts to finish it, like:
-A set of cupholders in tan colour.
-A plastic parts cover the screws are in the door, like the cupholder, the pontiac emblem are in the door open...etc.
-Two strong hatch lids.
-Two outer and inner weatherstrip seals.
-A tan seatbelt receiver.
-A original radio, with cd or input audio, to hear the mp'3 music in the radio and the clock in the red colour.
-This part I don't know the name exactly, but is the part is on the hacht and is in colour tan. Have a key and is used to cover the luggage.
I appologize, but I don't have those items you are looking for. Don't have any tan interior parts, or GTA emblems anymore, and the turn signals for the front I just got done selling, so anything else you may need, always feel free to ask and I'll see what I can do. Thanks for your interest.
is it power windows and locks or no? If so how much for the whole power locks, and windows harness and set up. If not how much for a complete drivers side door panel arm rest and all shipped to 19530
I am in need of a 82-90 firebird front turn signal light and a 85-90 front license plate bracket to fit the T/A's ground effect bumper? Also do you still have the 91-92 switch pod above the radio? Shipping would be to 76306.
I will have to take some time to locate the parts, I know I have the front bumper turn/marker lights, and I know i have the 3 piece licence plate bracket, just need to get all three pieces together again, and how many switches you need in the 91/92 pod? 1 (defrost), 2 (fog/defrost), or 3(fog/defrost/hatch)? I believe i have one of each and I know i have the switches seperate too.
I would like to get the three switch pod with at least the fog and defrost switches. My hatch release switch is good but would not complain about a spare. The front turn signal needed is for the driver/left side. I am still interested in the license plate bracketry. Please Let me know prices and when the plate bracketry is located.

I know that this question was old but I just swapped out the headlight backing piece that is raised and lowered by the arm from the motor. This is the piece that is hinged to the headlight frame/ filler panel?. They are a straight easy swap.
If what you said pheonix was a question, the back housing hinged bracket was the same from 82-92, the headlight bezel was different from 82-84, 85-90, and 91-92, the headlight holder is the same from 82-90 and 91-92 is smaller, and as far as headlight lids (what you see when it's down), is again 82-90 being the same, and 91-92 the bezel holes moved, nothing more, mounts on the 82-92 headlight hinged bracket just the same.
If it was a statement, thank you. Just was thrown with the ? mark in the middle.
Thanks for posting more complete information on this. It was a statement. Just trying to say that other year hinged backs will swap but could be a headlight size change and the obviously bezel change.

Thanks for your attention and your soon mail, you know the parts I need, if you find any of this list please contact with me with the price, pics and shipping taxes tool
Hi,
I would assume that you are having a hard time finding the license plate brackets. If that is the case I can make do with what I have. I would still like the 82-90 front driver side turn signal housing and the three switch panel for 91-92 Firebird. Let me know with shipping to 76301.
Thanks
Sorry pheonix, i've been working double shifts and crashing when I get home, I get home today around 8 I should be able to find some of those things. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I understand with work. I am not needing the license plate brackets as I am going to mount the plate in a different location. I still need the driver/left front turn signal housing 82-90 and would like the three switch panel/with the switches for 91-92.
Just let me know. I am looking for a real nice steering wheel also but I do not expect to find one soon for 82-86? with round horn cap.
I have a mint formula hood but it's staying with my Daytona until i decide if i need to part it or can use it. sorry. I will keep my eyes open next time im in the yard though.
hey im looking for a 15 inch spare wheel donut, but the wheel center has to be 2 3/4 inch. hate to be too much trouble, but can you measure the wheel center and see if it will fit. and if so can you ship it? thanks
