'91-'92 TA+Formula Nosecones, Other Body Parts

I'm getting out of thirdgens, so all my spare parts must go. I have priced them competitively, and a lot of this stuff is big. I'm hoping people can pick it up. If I need to spend time carefully packaging this stuff, and buying wrapping supplies to keep it safe, I am going to charge for some of that time and money.

Three '91-'92 nosecones. The two black ones are for gfx cars, the maroon one is for a Formula. $75 for each of the black ones, $85 for the Formula cone.

This piece mounts to the back upper-side of the '91-'92 nosecones. Every one I've seen has been rotted, included on the three cones I am selling and the cars I used to own. This one is not rotted. If you have a nice car, you certainly don't want a rotten piece visible when you pop the hood. $100

Some rust on it, but no rot...way better than any I've seen, which is why I bought it!

Formula door with script. Ran a magnet along the bottom edge and it stuck everywhere, so I'd say no bondo. Some bubbling starting on inside lower lip, but I'd say it's pretty nice overall. Sorry for spiderwebs...scary old garage. $75

Two black fenders from '92 TA. Not rotted, but one has some pitted rust on back. Pics tell the story. $25 for the nicer one, $35 for the other one, $50 for the pair.

Small crease

If you need a perfect nosecone, this is not the one for you. Obviously needs to be repainted. Has two tears. I'm sure it's all repairable, but that's up to you. I priced it low because I know it needs work.

I just looked through my Photobucket account and realized that I have some pics of the cone that I took before, I think in the spring. Here they are.

Both the black noses are for gfx cars. I will check the bottoms today and report back to you. What I can say is that for one of them, all gfx were present when I purchased the car, so they mounted fine at that time.

Re: '91-'92 TA+Formula Nosecones, Other Body Parts

One of the black nosecones has one (1) gfx mounting hole that is cracked. This could be repaired, or a washer used to bridge the gap.

The other black nosecone has NO damage to the gfx mounting holes.

As for the sag, I do not understand your question. These are not mounted to a car, so of course they are not rigid. When one was mounted on my '92 TA, I did not notice any sag, but again, I am not sure what you are referring to.

I do not have any of the fender gfx...they sold long ago.

My guess is that because it is so large, you aren't going to like the shipping price! But, I will get a UPS quote for you.

Am trying to get out to the barn to measure and weigh the thing today, try to guesstimate how many inches bubble-wrap and cardboard will add, and get you a UPS quote based on that. Maybe a piece like this doesn't even need cardboard, just wrap it in bubble wrap and then in that clear plastic shipping wrap. What do you think?

The rear bumper cover would cost about $45 to ship it to you with UPS. It only weighs 16lbs with packaging, but because it is so large, they treat it as 65lbs of billable weight.

Let me know if that kills it for you.

Shipping will be a lot, if you look above and see how much it will cost to ship the lighter rear cover to the other board member. If you are prepared to pay for shipping, I can get you a quote. I just don't want to run around and waste my time if people are expecting big items are going to ship hundreds of miles for $20.

I specifically looked at the bolt mounting holes when I weighed and measured the cover, and I can say that none of them are damaged. I can take another look for you as far as cracks go, but I did not see any.

I THINK can help you with the gfx pieces for the rockers, quarters, and doors, but I need to look. Some pieces I sold. But, let me gather up whatever gfx I can find and take a pic for you.

As for the differences, if any, between a '91-'92 cover and earlier years, I am sorry to say that I do not know.

You must be talking about uship.com, right?

My ad above says each of the black nosecones for gfx cars is $75.

I have the small rear quarter gfx and then the very long rocker panel gfx...I must have left the door pieces on the car when I sold it, because I can't find them. The rear pieces seem fine, but the rocker gfx do have a few tabs that are cracked. Not sure if you'd want them.

As for Paypal, I can't do it. I know it's convenient for a buyer, but I have heard some real horror stories about accepting money with it as a seller. Just read one last week on another site I am on.

I like to use US Postal money orders. A little less convenient since you have to drive to the Post Office, but safe for both of us.
