the 85-90 are smooth, no pockets at the end where the rear wheel well begins. The 91-92 "Aero" style have little scoops/pockets as does the 91-92 chin spoiler. Hey can u take a pic of them and send it to me?

My mistake, those look like etheir the part that goes on the door itself or else where. Im looking for the lower bottom panel that holds the emblem (be it "RS" or "IROC" "Z28") sorry for the confusion!

No, they are what the panel your looking for covers. You can see them on cars w/o gfx. There rockers. Replacements for cars that had been damaged in a accident, or rust damage.
