On a car that doesn't have a frame the full length of the car,the subframe connectors connect the rear section of the car to the front.
F body cars are among the cars that have a front frame, rear frame
(that holds the suspension & gas tank) but no frame between them.
This lets the cars flex more than most people & racers like,so they put in subframe connectors.
They help the cars handle MUCH better no matter if you race or not!!
And would they be tough enough for i could lift it with the lifts since every time i take my car to the shop i have to put the lifts all the way inside to lift it
