Cowl Induction louvered T/A Hood...Has Anybody done this???

This is the hood from the parts car that will come with the Trans Am I'm thinking of buying. I'ld like to finish it and swap it on the T/A. Has anybody done this before and if so can you post pictures so i can get an idea of the finished product?

There is someone with a Black 87-90 Formula in his sig with that hood you want to make.

What I would like to see is a hybrid betweent the powerbuldge hood and the Trans Am hood. That would be impressive.

it looks nice, but i think it would be better if you could have like a ram air where those holes are, that would be cool.

Not really a fan of the ram air look on the 3rd gen t/a. Can't do anything to the car yet anyway cause I haven't bought it yet. I can never catch the owner at home. Give me a month or so then I'll hopefully have it in my driveway to start building it the way I want. Any color suggestions for the car? What color, two tone or not, paint the wheels or not?

well obviously if the louvers go on, they should be a different color, if they dont, i think 1 color would be nice. you dont want to over-do it.

I was either thinking of doing the car red or deep metallic grey with a black strip going up the hood that follows the lines and covers the cowl as well as the louvers on the front of the hood.
