I have an 86 Iroc with the space saver spare, that came with the tire inflator. The label is peeled off,so I have no directions on how to inflate the spare. Can someone please tell me how to do this? Also, can you air up spare like a normal tire, with a valve stem,or does these spares not have one? Thanks!!!

most just let you screw in the tank and it will inflate. look at the screw in part and it should have a fitting opposite to the tire itself allowing filling the tire, like a gas station hose.
i have one of these to.. its a lil blue cylinder right? i think u need a hose because the threads are on the outside of the fitting.. or they are on mine atleast.. i have the cylinder but not spare tire lol

You can inflate the space saver spare with regular air (30PSI is max). The cylinder can also be refilled with compressed air (try a dive shop or fire ext. place). I have only used my spare once in 22 yres and I had AAA road service fill it for me when I had a Flat.
I looked long and hard to put all the spare tire pieces back together.
IIRC the label on the inflator says to use it just like any air pump, put it over the valve and push. It also says they have to be refilled at a GM dealer! (Yeah right) and are charged with C02.
You can see the valve on the collapsible spare in this pic.
What did these kinda of spares come with? i have an '87 Iroc and it just as a normal donut tire. I've never seen anything like in this picture before.....
There were several spares. Check the following link for info/pics:
