If you have any local machine shops, they can turn those out pretty quick. It may cost a bit more, but if you need custom lengths or sizes, it is an option. Or a friend with a lathe! I made mine in 3 pieces:
1 core piece (precision ground stainless bar, same diameter as the ID of the ball end of the rod end, drilled through for the fastener diameter)
2 spacer pieces (stainless bar stock drilled/reamed to the OD of the core and turned to length.
Probably the same way Spohn makes them.

what weldable threaded Insert should i get to go with the rod end? i plan to go with 1.50" or 1.75" O.D (what evers better) .120'' wall for the tubing.
You probably know this, but the inserts you want will need to have a 3/4-16 thread in them to match the rod end. Are you building LCAs, panhard bar, A-arms? My LCAs are 1.250 x .120 wall, and I got away with inserts made out of 1.000" dia. material. For the core and spacers, you will probably want to run a 1/2" bolt, and the ball ID is .751, so your core piece will be .500 ID, .751 OD.
The spacer pieces should be 1/4" larger in DIA than the core piece, not much more or you will limit the angle that the rod end can go through if that is needed. I believe mine are 1" OD .
You could get around having to use a core piece by using a 3/4" bolt to fit the rod end (depending on what you are building, it may be a pain to drill out the holes to 3/4") or use the MXM-8 rod end with the 1/2" ball ID, which may still be plenty strong.
I used the SUM-XMAX8T for the panhard bar, and I think the SUM-XMAX10 for my LCAs and a-arms, and the SUM-MAX12 for the rear torque arm mounts. (All summitracing part numbers.)

I took some pics of mine, but they turned out bad. I used rod ends at both ends, drilled out the housing and body holes to 1/2" and used flanged hex head bolts from mcmaster (92316A724.) I haven't had any trouble with the LCAs (2200 miles + 1 autocross on them.)
To make fabrication the easiest, go with:
SUM-XMAX8 or SUM-XMAX8T (summitracing.com) rod ends and WTF-10R-0.995 (the one that fits 1.250 dia .120wa tubing and has a 5/8-18 thread)
Then the bolt will fit the bore of the rod end and you only have to make side spacers, no 'core.' If you can find 1/2" ID tubing, 1/8" wall or a bit more, you just have to saw to length and clean up on a lathe or with a belt sander. I couldn't find any on McMaster, but it should exist.
