mite be able to fab one on there from an old body style one..... def wouldnt be a direct fit. i know the new body style is kinda weird lookin

you may be able to make it work, but it would not be a direct bolt on.
the newer model s10 ones are just a bit different, and they are plastic/fiberglass as well, so it wont rust.
they used to be available at the dealer for cheap. im sure its discontinued now, but it might be worth the check.
the dealer can print an exploded view so you can at least see what shape it is and go from there....

so that ebay one may fit pretty good with little modification?
looks like its really close. figure it would be better paying half price for a s10 instead of 100 for a camaro one.

im confident you can make it work, but how much labor and fab work are you going to have to do?
my time is money. the factory fit would be a no brainer, but saving a buck is always good.
