Depends what type you buy and what voltage you run it off of. I purchased a Miller 375 for the last shop I worked at. Running it off 110v, it needs a minimum of a 20amp breaker.
You also need a good air supply so the electricity of an air compressor needs to be included. The 375 needs a minimum of 4.5 CFM at 90 PSI.

You want to know how much power it takes to support running them or how much they add to your power bill?
I have a miller 625 and with out counting the power the air compressors need the plasma cutter alone uses slightly more power than a home clothes dryer when turned up to full power.
