Hey... testing the waters here. I bought this car about two months ago, kind of an impulse buy. I wanted a T/A and came across this but it is not exactly what I want. I want a 5-spd, T-top car.
This car is a genuine 1988 GTA, 5.7 L98, Auto, posi-disc rear. It is Flame Red, with tan cloth interior (which is not all ripped and stained). Fully optioned, except t-tops, leather and digital dash. There are some minor paint issues, see picture. The guy I bought it from took good care of it, but let it sit outside. He drove it sparingly, less than 5K per year, so it is PA emmision exempt. The interior is nice, and everything works. The car is great to drive, I just don't like automatic. Oh... it does have a hypertech chip as well. I have only had it for 2 months, so I have not done too much with it. It should have a tune-up, and probably an oil change.

I forgot to mention, the car just rolled 120K this morning on my way to work. I drive it once or twice a week to work, about 60 miles round trip. It runs great, and it does not have the puff of smoke on start up that most of these older thirdgens have. The previous owner took good care of it. I can not seem to get a picture posted here, so just email me and I can get one out to you.

I have had a few inquiries this morning as to what I am looking to get for the car. I am just seeing what offers I get now, but if someone made an offer in the range of $2500 or so, I would say SOLD. I have a free and clear title for the car, so make your offers. Hopefully the picture stuck....
Hey... the car does appear to have been repainted at one time. The right rear quarter, door and roof look to be orignial paint. I did say that it needed paint.... not trying to hide that.
I already have an offer of $2500, picked up, but can't be completed until Mid-April. I am pretty set with $2500, or an interesting trade (maybe a fox-body).

The car is still for sale. Had a lot of cash offers and also a lot of no shows. I am not interested in entertaining window shoppers here. I would like to sell this car soon to finish another project.
